The Ministry of Culture and Tourism, through the Institute of Tourism, Greenways Consortium of the Region of Murcia and the Municipality of Bullas, commemorates this Saturday Greenways Day with a four-mile route that will take place in the municipality of Bullas.
Registration to participate in the six-kilometer route can be done for free through Friday, 23:59 am through Turística.es Murcia portal.
Participants will receive a bag of supplies and can enter the draw for various gifts.
The route of the ninth edition of the Day of greenways in the region will begin at 9.30 am in the area in the Carrascalejo enabled to continue through the ravine of the Councillor, which is fitted as ecotourism and itinerary leading to the Greenway Northwest.
This area has a Mediterranean forest landscape with pine, mastic and rosemary, among others.
Once you enter the Greenway towards Bullas, will reach the rest area to return to point of origin.
This area is known for its scenery, which is mixed Mediterranean forest with fields and vineyards, and is especially attractive in the time when the route is done by the color range, that the visitor can appreciate.
With this initiative, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism aims to promote and add value to the tourism infrastructure.
The Northwest Greenway, which connects Murcia to Caravaca de la Cruz, has a journey of 78 miles and is ideal for hikers and cyclists in touch with nature.
