Joaquín Herrera Quinquín popularly known as, a preacher of these Celebrations 2013, surprised all the attendees with a fun and very entertaining reading the proclamation.
Herrera, currently residing in Burgos, narrated his experiences and experiences during 23 years spent in Bullas and made as if it were a real preacher, as then, took "a damn" from his backpack and began to preach the Holidays 2013.
