On Monday October 28 the College of Architects of Murcia, continuing its Disclosure Plan regulations which may affect society in architectural and urban, will give an information day in Bullas, explaining details of the Royal Decree 235/2013 by approving the basic procedure for certification of e ciency tion energy of build ings.
According to the RD, which came into force on June 1, 2013, all edition ings, houses, flats, or ffices or premises, which are sold or leased to a new tenant or buyer, and you advertise, offered or promote for sale or rent, must have a certifi cate and energy deficiency.
This event is open to the general public, to inform everyone, citizens, realtors, companies, consultants and technicians, who will carry out transactions of sale and for rent.
The paper will be borne by Pedro Antonio Díaz and Francisco Cayuela, at 19 am in the hall of the Municipality of Bullas.
