The Department of Equality and Women Bullas has already prepared its training for the first quarter of the brand new year.
It is a series of courses and workshops with limited spaces.
Thus, the first proposal is an assertiveness workshop with the theme learns to communicate will take place between Monday and Thursday next January 20 and February 6.
With 12 classroom hours and morning hours from 9.30 to 11.30 hours, has a price of 5 euros.

Lifting the mood or enjoy the moment through laughter are some of the objectives of Laughter Therapy Workshop to be held between the months of February and March on Mondays and Thursdays from 9:30 to 11 hours.

This proposal will be held Monday and Thursday from 9:30 to 11 am, has an enrollment of 5 euros and will have a total of 12 teaching hours.
