Yesterday was presented at the Plenary Hall of the Municipality of Bullas the new Office of Citizen Service and Information.
The Mayor, Pedro Chico, and the Director of Consumer Affairs, Commerce and Handicrafts, María Dolores Alarcon reported this service offered by the City Council in collaboration with the Community from this week.
Chico, emphasized that "this service so it gets", formerly known as Municipal Consumer Information Office (OMIC), after solving "problems that we encounter in the government with a debt of € 9 million."
"Citizens may resolve all doubts as to bills of electricity, water, gas, phone, etc.. Without having to travel to other nearby localities," said the first mayor.
For his part, the Director General stated that "we are very happy for providing this service," adding that citizens can attend this office for questions where "they will tell you what to do and how to address the Autonomous Region for their claims. "
The Office of Citizen Service and Information will be located in the municipal offices of Building D. Pepe Marsilla on the first floor and open from 9 to 13 hours on Tuesday and Thursday.
