Agents Investigation Team Civil Guard Hellin, JFF has arrested 55-year-old man from the town of Murcia Bullas and EFN 32 years living in Tobarra, for alleged involvement in a crime of usurpation of civil status and another swindle.
Research
The events date back to last August 2014 when the Civil Guard got a complaint Tobarra hiring telephone lines (mobile and fixed) to several mobile phone companies, the complainant never hire.
The contracts had been delivered, by the telephone companies, fixed line and mobile line in a home that belonged to the complainant and whose affiliation data were used for the recruitment of these lines.
Inquiries made by the Civil Guard, following the complaint, could determine that shipments were concentrated in one destination, proving to be the habitual residence of the two people who were later arrested.
After collecting various information and data from telephone companies affected as well as transport companies who made deliveries landline and a mobile terminal, high-end, we were able to locate and arrest those who were behind these contracts fraudulent, charging them with the aforementioned crimes.
Proceedings / detainees
Both measures as detainees have been available to the magistrate No. DOS Hellin, hearing the case.
