The Wine Museum, through the Department of Tourism and Local Development, has organized a conference tasting, divided into three workshops on 11, 18 and 25 February, 19 to 20 hours, which will be taught by experts in viticulture and oenology.
On Wednesday the 11th, María José Fernández, PhD in Agricultural Chemistry, will give the first of three workshops "Viticulture and development: The design of the wines."
It will try to give the keys to the design of wines, always as related to the field and viticultural techniques and the secrets of winemaking winery.
The wines to taste are, as always, the best excuse to illustrate the total influence of work done both in the vineyard and in the winery.
The second workshop, on Wednesday, February 18, "Joining the wines with oak" will be given by Luis Javier Pérez, Doctor in Science and Technology Food and speak Oak and how it affects wood aging wines, and shall be tested in tasting wines designed to facilitate their longevity while new proposals are obtained complement and are additional to the elaboration of a great wine intake.
Finally, the last workshop on Wednesday 25, called "Marriage: The Science of Taste" will be taught by Francisco José García, Maker in Room Service Restaurant CCT of Murcia.
This will address the aspect of that wine is the best full of any dining experience, hence the pairing with food once again become a topic turned and essential time.
The purpose of this workshop includes a subject hitherto untreated, and that continues to be very interesting: the molecular pairing wines Bullas.
