The Minister of Development, Public Works and Planning, Francisco Barnabas, and the mayor of Bullas, Peter Boy, have placed this morning the first stone of the works of adequacy of Liberty Avenue in a ceremony also attended the building contractor "Vine" Bullas, the municipal technician and head of Council services.
