The sculptor and craftsman in wood, Bernardo Fernández Love, artistically known as Nardi, has donated to the City of Bullas three replicates of different sizes 'Venus de Bullas' that today is guarded by the National Archaeological Museum.
The Mayor, Pedro Chico, thanked Nardi your donation, without any consideration received by it, and picked up a small sculpture, carved wooden Almond, will wear in the office of the Mayor.
Chico highlighted the economic and artistic value of the pieces, noting that the three add 2,900 euros.
The second median sculpture made of linden wood will be exhibited at the Museum of Wine and was Salvador Martínez, Director of the Museum, in charge of pick.
Finally, the third of the works donated by Nardi will be displayed in the permanent exhibition of 'Classroom Archaeology' appended to the Casa-Museo Don Pepe Marsilla.
The size of this "Venus" is equal to the original 51 cm with 10 cm high wooden pedestal.
Also, it has been carved in lime wood.
Nardi, happy with the result of his works, done with patience and perseverance, explained that this is their way of contributing to culture and maintain the heritage of Bullas.
