Yesterday was opened in the House of Culture an exhibition featuring works by some local artists as well as works presented on 6 September at the II Competition on landscapes and corners of Bullas and Cup.
Hope Collados, Andrés Escámez, Pepe Serrano, Magdalena Caballero, Rocio Caballero, Tomasa Ortega, among others, are some of the artists who have participated and show their pictures to the public in this issue.
The other paintings belong to the ten participants in the II Contest organized by the Department of Culture on landscape and corners of the city.
Just yesterday, the mayor of the branch, Jose Antonio Espin, presented the awards to the winners of this contest.
In the junior category under 16, Agueda Martinez took Cehegín € 150;
in the largest category of 16 years, Carlos Montero of Murcia, for it was 250 €;
and special award for Magdalena Caballero, local artist, who won € 150.
Freestyle premium to reflect the natural and urban landscapes of Bullas and Cup.
The exhibition will be open until October 12 and may be accessed in the mornings of 11-13 hours and in the afternoon from 17 to 20 hours from Monday to Sunday.
