Between July and August, the local police in Bullas conducted a campaign against noise control of motorcycles and mopeds to comply with the regulations contained in both the Municipal Traffic Ordinance and the Protection of the Environment noise.
Now, from the Department of Public Safety recover this campaign, without deadline, to strengthen checks which may be routine, taking a measurement every mopeds passing through a given point, or stopping a motorcycle in a timely manner to understand that It produces more noise than is permitted by the regulations, with the aim of reducing the noise nuisance, especially for two-wheeled vehicles.
Local police recalls that the performance of such control tests is mandatory, and refusal to drivers that they are put into effect would be immediate immobilization of the vehicle and taken to the municipal offices.
In the event that an inspection by the agents of the local police motorbike infringe the rules, the driver will have a single period of ten days to correct deficiencies.
Otherwise, the relevant disciplinary proceedings will be initiated by the Municipal Ordinance stipulates.
