To mark the International Day Against Gender Violence which takes place on November 25th, the Department of Social Services City of Bullas has called the IV Contest of Painting, Drawing and Sculpture under the slogan "The November 25 International Day Against Gender Violence ".

On the basis www.bullas.es published on the website announced that this contest may be submitted to any person over 16 years without distinction of nationality and residence throughout the Spanish area, adding that each participant may submit one original work , and the theme will be related to the Equality and Gender Violence not, the modalities of Drawing, Painting and Sculpture.

The works must be submitted by Tuesday 17 November at the Office of Cultural Management at the House of Culture must not have been previously awarded in any other competition.

Besides awards for the three modes of 150 euros that the council issued after the decision of an expert jury on November 20 are set when it opens the exhibition with all the works submitted for this contest.

Collage Competition in schools

Furthermore, the Department of Social Services has reported that this year has invited all schools to participate in the 'Contest Collage', also on the occasion of November 25.

Promote empathy and self-esteem to take a stand against gender violence is the aim of this campaign.

They may be submitted to this contest children / as of 5th, 6th Elementary and Secondary 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th ESO and 1st and 2nd Bachelor municipality of Bullas.

Every year, college or institution may submit up to two Collages, and related themes Equality and Non-Violence Against Women.

There will be a first and only prize of 150 euros and the deadline for entries is November 17, delivering them to the Office of Cultural Management.

From 20 November to 8 December the exhibition hall of the House of Culture will host the works of both the IV Competition and the Collage Competition.
