The Wine Museum on Saturday welcomed the presentation and 'first corkage' of one of the most requested wines: the classic white Macabeo 'Cepas del Zorro' prepared by the Bodega San Isidro Bullas.
This is one of the Murcia wines youngest of those coming to the market, because we talk about a wine made from grapes vintage only a few weeks ago, so it becomes one of the early birds wines and, at the same time, more expected.
Leveraging makeover bottling 'strains of Zorro, the manager and winemaker of this winery Nicolas Bastida, he wanted to show "wine family", the new vintage of this wine fruity aroma and flavor that keeps the essence been produced in an area planted with vines and the historical vocationally.
This winery, located in the Industrial Marimingo, is a cooperative that combines tradition with the most modern technology for wine with a strong personality.
Although its production, like that of most wineries in the area, is mainly red wines, also it produces white as now presented;
precisely, the white wine of the vintage 2015 which was given to taste the large number of people present.
The event, in addition to professionals, along with family, friends and colleagues, also attended by the Mayor of Bullas, Maria Dolores Muñoz and other members of the municipal corporation.
