Bullas neighbors may request to be part of the Advisory Council on the Environment and Urban Planning from Tuesday January 12, 2016 until Tuesday, February 9, 2016. After the amendment of the regulations of this Advisory Council, initially approved in the House of City Council held on October 28, 2015 and not having presented claims within 30 working days of exposure to the public from November 20, 2015, residents of Bullas may request to be part of the Advisory Board and technical members, representatives of the people, neighborhood representatives have no neighborhood association and representatives of associations.
In each of the above cases must meet the following requirements:
-The Technical members must be natural or Bullas be registered in this town, having to prove their training through a degree in the field of urban planning or the environment, or through work experience shown in any of these areas.
If there is more than seven requests a lottery will be held to appoint members of the Advisory Council, constituting the remaining applicants a reserve list.
-The Representatives of the citizens of the municipality shall be registered in this municipality.
Should there be more than three requests a draw will be made for appointing members of the Advisory Council, constituting the remaining applicants a reserve list.
-The Neighborhood representatives have no neighborhood association must be registered in this municipality.
The division into neighborhoods will be as follows:
Old Town and Paradise.
Barrio Nuevo.
Calderon neighborhood and songs.
Zone Center and the French Quarter.
Barrio del Cura, Station and Poets.
The Prado district.
If there is more than one application in a neighborhood a lottery will be held to appoint a member of the Advisory Council, constituting the other applicants who do not obtain his appointment as a reserve list.
-The Representatives of associations of Bullas must be registered in this municipality.
Should the number of applications exceed seven requests a draw between the same trade associations to appoint members of the Advisory Council, constituting the remaining applicant a reserve list will be made.
Four models have been enabled applications, corresponding to the above categories, available on the website of the City and in the register.
These applications must be submitted, along with the necessary documentation in each of the cases, in the register of the City of Bullas, located in the Plaza of Spain, or electronically through the electronic office http://bullas.sedelectronica.es /login.
