The general objectives of the ordinance, which takes effect within 30 days if no arguments, emphasize that the management and use of natural resources in space will focus, in addition to providing a zoning based applications that can host, as well as guidelines for their use and management will be established by introducing limitations on human activity, in order to use a rational and respectful with the environment, defining offenses and typifying the corresponding sanctions.
"Protecting the landscape, fauna and flora, promote environmental education and knowledge of the values ​​of Río Mula, etc. is the ultimate purpose of this ordinance," said Councilman Environment, Juan Valera, who adds that " practice, the number of visitors will be adapted to the carrying capacity of the natural environment, the installation of booths, shacks and / or any fixed structure shall be prohibited, and the operation of music devices or high volume will also ensure, among other measures.
