The Governing Council approved, by an agreement between the Ministry of Public Works and Planning and the Municipality of Bullas, a grant of 324,000 euros for the adequacy of the Avenue of Freedom of Bullas.

RM-542 highway is a road that runs through the center of Bullas, so it has become an urban avenue under heavy traffic of both vehicles and pedestrians.
