The Local Development Department of the Municipality of Bullas opens the possibility that new businesses to locate in the center Employment Promotion and Industrial Park "Marimingo" through a special conditions governing the lease, a negotiated procedure for Ship No. 2 of the Centre.
The purpose of the facilities of this Centre is to meet the needs of local employment initiatives, to accommodate, on an interim basis to companies or new entrepreneurs who, with justification, demonstrating the feasibility of a coherent project to permit, after a certain period, access media and its own premises.
Thus, the Center for Employment Promotion and aims to encourage and support the emergence of new business ventures and that during its existence serves as many people and businesses, thus contributing to developing the economic fabric of the town.
Those interested in applying for the lease of this ship of 133.00 m2, can submit their tenders, the General Register of the Municipality of Bullas, until next April 4.
