The current economic crisis is causing, among its many ramifications, many companies in the construction sector are experiencing serious difficulties continue to play its economic productivity and meet its commitments.
For example, the Department of Planning reports that the company awarded the contract to the flag of the songs is not fulfilling its commitments, so the City Council Legal Services are proceeding with the termination of the contract.
The same applies to the urbanization of Cantos II, which has not been finalized by the contractor.
Faced with the crisis, the City of Bullas has responded with the following strategy:
- First, the company has revived Marimingo municipal building, which will play an important role in many community projects.
- Secondly, we proceed to the intensification and extension of the work of the Technical Office of the Municipality of Bullas, who is working on the resolution, reallocation, control and employment of the many works that are underway and the completion of which, despite the constraints are guaranteed.
- Thirdly, in projects like the expansion of the Industrial Marimingo, where there have been some difficulties between the parties, urban municipal officials are conducting an intermediary role between the parties, trying to make the necessary arrangements for the proper completion of projects.
The result of this line of work of the Government of Bullas, in recent weeks has put in place the indoor pool in Bullas, a work whose completion, the City Council has been directly involved building the electrical infrastructure.
He was also recently opened the Garden District of the Poets, a work which, after several attempts, has been managed and completed by the City.
Also works have been completed of the Day Centre and the Centre for Child Care, pending only the furniture for its opening.
This has involved an investment of around 3 million euros.
In a few weeks will be very active construction projects related to Plan E.
Finally, the City regrets the negative attitudes of those who seem happy about the problems they may face the Municipal Government and reaffirms the need to lend a hand to overcome the economic crisis affecting our country.
