During his speech, Angel Campos thanked those present for the effort expended and claimed that, in times of crisis, the only valid model to be followed by the tourism industry is one that is based on quality.
He explained that "this brand has nothing to do with luxury, but is directly related to customer satisfaction and the reliability and accuracy of services, infrastructure and facilities."
In addition, Campos said that "the establishment of the Tourism Bureau Northwest is a first step in laying the foundations of the new future of tourism in the Northwest, thanks to Caravaca Jubilee 2010, acquired an unprecedented development."
The SICTED, Integrated Quality System Spanish Tourism is a project that promotes a region as a whole and that is objects that tourists perceive a level of consistent quality in the different elements and actors that make up the tourism in the Region Murcia.
This project involves, first, the segments already developed within the Spanish Tourism Quality System eligible for the Q for quality, such as hotels, restaurants, tourism offices and convention.
